This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage in the design and industrialization of change parts, contributing to the successful development and implementation of new production lines.RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Innovation Engineer Intern, you are responsible for various design and industrialization activities at the Engineering department at the Granollers plant.Your main focus:Design and Industrialization: Assist in the design and industrialization of format change parts, delivering basic 2D drawings and 3D models. Support the team in change parts design and validation.Project Analysis and Execution: Help analyse machinability for new product proposals, suggest line allocations, and support project delivery to meet KPIs (Safety, Cost, Quality, OEE).Testing and Commissioning: Assist in analysing and resolving incidents during the testing and commissioning phases of different formats. Support implementation of solutions to improve operations and machine capabilities.Documentation and Training: Assist in ensuring complete documentation delivery, help create training materials, and support training sessions for the operational team.Collaboration: Work within a multifunctional team, participating in FMEA analysis for new initiatives and contributing to the design or improvement of production line layouts.YOU ARE A COTY FITYou like technical processes.
