The OpportunityWe are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our Marketing and Communication team within the Innovation Department in Scent XP, following the standards of prestigious brands like Puig.
What you'll get to doMarketing & Product Development: Conduct market/trend analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify future product/digital innovations.Participate in ideating concepts for new digital products.Maintain the Wikiparfum database (Completion of information fields, updating or improvement of bottles, correction of brand logos, search for audiovisual support assets, etc.)Ensure smooth communication with external partners.Support the teams during all steps of innovation development and validation meetings.Coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee a successful launch in collaboration with internal teams.Assist in completing high-quality PowerPoint presentations.Content Creation: Complete the creation of Wikiparfum assets, particularly ingredients, adhering to the established style and optimizing costs.Monitor Social Media content, contributing ideas and graphic materials.Create content for blog articles.Attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work. Creativity and aesthetic taste, with the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with our audience. Ensure deadlines and project planning are met.
We'd love to meet you if you haveA Bachelor's Degree or background preferably in marketing and design/communication.Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, is a plus.Digital and UX notions would be highly valued.Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish would be advantageous.Skills:A creative profile with a sensitivity to art, beauty and design industry.A strong team spirit.Exceptional project management, analytical, and organizational skills.Flexibility and adaptability.An entrepreneurial spirit.A results-oriented approach, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
