Define and develop innovative ideas, concepts, and strategic reports. Execute projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines and client expectations. Launch and manage initiatives to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Facilitate sessions and mentor startups, corporations, and public entities in innovation and acceleration programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in innovation ecosystems. Collaborate on the design, validation, and execution of events and actions to promote innovation. What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Communication, or related fields. Languages: Certified proficiency in English (C1 level or higher). Experience: 4 years in innovation consulting, managing digital transformation projects. Deep knowledge of corporate innovation models ( labs , open innovation , etc.) and innovation research . Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Design Thinking , Lean Startup , and Open Innovation. Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments (2-3 months).
