In this vital role, you will lead the digital transformation in healthcare, developing innovative solutions that improve the patient experience and optimize the work of healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the healthcare ecosystem. The goal will be to address key challenges such as patient identification, diagnosis, medical decision support, treatment adherence, and side effect management, always through innovative solutions.You will focus on creating value for the healthcare system beyond traditional pharmacological treatment, generating a sustainable impact on the entire patient journey.Key responsibilities:Lead Digital Health Innovation: Develop innovative strategic digital solutions that enhance healthcare and hospital procedures by incorporating the patient's journey and feedback. Identify needs, trends, and collaborations across therapeutic areas and leverage digital advancements to improve diagnosis and patient care, ultimately providing value for all stakeholders within the healthcare system.Engagement with Key Healthcare System Stakeholders: Engage proactively with various healthcare stakeholders in Spain, including clinicians, patient associations, hospital managers, and pharmacists. Develop innovative strategic solutions aimed at all strategic stakeholders involved in the drug value chain.Lead Patient-Centric strategy: Develop and manage the patient advocacy strategy, introducing new perspectives and innovative ideas on how Amgen can effectively and distinctively stand out from other pharmaceutical firms in interactions with patient groups and more broadly within the healthcare environment.Support Early Access and Portfolio Optimization: Discover emerging innovation trends and patient needs, then share insights with the local cross-functional team to develop the optimal strategy for company assets.Intra-entrepreneurial Capacity and Innovation Leadership: Cultivate a continuous innovation mindset and spearhead change within the organization.
