Are you passionate about innovation and eager to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated Innovation Analyst to join our dynamic team at Roadis Headquarters in Madrid.
Key responsabilities:Effectively manage the innovation projects pipeline.Provide support and guidance to diverse local business units of Roadis in the development and implementation of innovation projects.Develop compelling business cases for innovation projects.Foster strong relationships with diverse local business units to drive business innovation.Contribute to the design and delivery of tailored workshops using innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean.Collaborate on horizontal innovation projects within the department.Contribute to the development of the yearly innovation plan and the long-term Roadis Innovation Strategy. About you:The ideal candidate will be adaptable, focused, and possess a proactive attitude, thriving in a challenging and fast-paced environment. They will have a collaborative leadership style with the ability to build relationships with cast and crew and influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions. Effective communication with all levels of personnel and management is essential.
Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Other engineering degrees will be considered if the candidate has hands-on experience in the infrastructure industry.
· Proficiency in English at C1 level.
· 3-5 years of experience in the infrastructure industry.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills.
· Willingness to travel occasionally.
· Desirable but not mandatory: Experience with Design Thinking/Agile-Scrum Methodologies, corporate innovation departments, or managing innovation projects.
