Join our team and be part of the change! About the internship: We are looking to cover the Innovation Advisory Intern position that will report to the Innovation Advisory Manager. The objective of the innovation advisory service is to support the scale up of EIT UM partners. The role of the Innovation Advisory Intern is to support the Innovation Advisory Officers in achieving its client's discovery targets contributing to the lead generation phase, reporting, data collection and analysis. Main tasks and responsibilities include: Support in maintaining all partners related documents.Assist in preparing leads datasets.Support in Documenting processes, identifying and implementing improvements to processes.Support in Leading generation and pre-qualification. Supporting the tender scouting process.Assist in preparing relevant documentation for meetings.Assist in collecting information for internal and external reporting purposes.Help updating the database in the Customer Relations Management system (CRM).What you will bring along the way: An ideal candidate will strive to generate positive environmental and social impact in line with EIT Urban Mobility's mission. Must-have: Completed or be in the last academic year of a University program in Science and Technology or Business Written and spoken English (C1) and Spanish (B2)Some previous experience in civil engineering, mass transit, freight/logistics, and/or computer science (desirable).Tech literate, willing to learn the whereabouts of the Urban Mobility sector. Organised and effective executing different tasks.Ability to work across multiple tasks.
