Inmigration LawyerThe opportunityWe are looking to hire professionals for the Global Mobility team who have between two and three years of experience in immigration advisory. We specialize in providing integrated advice for both local and global international worker movements. We address companies' needs by providing end-to-end compliance in an integrated manner.As a member of our team in the EY GDS office in Malaga, you'll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.Your key responsibilitiesSpecifically, we ensure compliance with immigration regulations for foreigners in Spain, under the following legal frameworks:COMMUNITY REGIME (Royal Decree 240/2007).GENERAL REGIME FOR FOREIGNERS (Law 4/2000 and Royal Decree 557/2011).LAW 14/2013 SUPPORTING ENTREPRENEURS AND INTERNATIONALIZATION.Skills and attributes for success- Ability to work in a team- Analytical and synthetic capacity- Proactivity and problem solving- Interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work with tight deadlines, reporting to several managers simultaneouslyTo qualify for the role, you must have- Graduates in Law, or similar- Good command of both Spanish and English (B2/C1)- Proficient in Windows and advanced level in the Microsoft Office suite.Ideally, you'll also have- Master's degree in Inmigration Law is a plus.- Previous experience in the required area.About EY GDSEY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network of over 75,000 people working across the world, to provide innovative and strategic business solutions to our clients worldwide.
