Reporting to the Engineering Director for EMEA, you will play a key role in the Engineering Strategy.The role is based in Aliaxis EMEA Head-office, Brussels or in any other EMEA countries where we have a manufacturing site and will require up to 20% of travelling across the region.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop common technical and manufacturing standards for Mould design and Injection Moulding as a process; Lead and develop Mould design centres of excellence that exist in the units across the EMEA region; Work with Procurement todevelop strategic relationships with key suppliers to leverage our total scale; Develop processes that integrate New Product Development with Product Introduction, through Design for Manufacture so ensuring manufacturing cost targets are set and met; Develop competences of the mould engineering teams; Responsible for the mould engineering teams in the local units. Ensure that the local mould engineering activities and processes are integrated with the local engineering processes
