Coordination of plant initiatives and their implementation.
Ensure with relevant people the right prioritization of tests of new product specifications, materials, and process improvements by considering both the overall Essity and customer needs.
Create short and long-term action plans through close collaboration with Product Manager, Planning, Production, Technology, Sourcing, Quality.
Responsible for planning and executing tests in the plant with RST/Operations teams and other relevant personnel.
Ensure, together with the Q Department, that the products coming from production adhere to the Article specifications and suggest specification adaptations as needed.
Support the Quality department during validation periods, ensuring swift completion of relevant protocols.
What you will do Coordinate and implement initiatives for the plant, primarily focusing on testing processes; ensure the test is designed correctly and share and discuss it with the RST/Operations team.Participate in projects/activities at various levels (as a consultant or project team member).Be part of the FMEA analysis before the test/project/activity.In collaboration with the relevant RST/Operations team and requestors, plan all activities within the factory short to medium term to ensure all needs are considered, and thereafter execute the material and process tests with relevant resources.Act as the connection point and a contact to coordinate activities linked with product, material, and equipment changes that require testing following validation procedures.Drive, coordinate, or execute actions with local stakeholders to optimize product/material/equipment utilization.Participate in CHAMP process execution.Keep the TRR SharePoint updated with test plans and feedback.Perform lab testing and analyze results (from the laboratory, panel tests, etc.
), evaluate the pros and cons, and compare the "improved" situation with the current one.Create standard operating procedures (SOP) for when a test is needed.
Act as the connection point between the test owner and the technical specialist executing the test.Work with the Quality Department to ensure the factory follows validation procedures and that validation plans are designed according to standards.
Provide support as needed/requested.Who you are Degree in technical specialties.
