Coordination of plant initiatives and their implementation. Ensure, with relevant people, the right prioritization of tests of new product specifications, materials, and process improvements by considering both the overall Essity and customer needs.Create short and long-term action plans through close collaboration with the Product Manager, Planning, Production, Technology, Sourcing, and Quality.Responsible for planning and executing tests in the plant with RST/Operations teams and other relevant personnel.Ensure, together with the Q Department, that the products produced meet the Article specifications and suggest specification adaptations as necessary.Support the Quality Department during Validation periods, ensuring swift completion of relevant protocols.What you will doCoordinate and implement initiatives for the plant, mainly the testing processes; ensure the tests are designed correctly and share and discuss them with the RST/Operations team.Participate in projects/activities at different levels (as a consultant or as a project team member).Be part of the FMEA analysis before the test/project/activity.Plan all activities within the factory short to medium term with the relevant RST/Operations team and requestors, ensuring all needs are considered, and execute the material and process tests with relevant resources.Act as the connection point to coordinate activities linked with product, material, and equipment changes that require testing following validation procedures.Drive, coordinate, or execute actions with local stakeholders to optimize product/material/equipment utilization.Be part of the CHAMP process execution.Keep the TRR SharePoint updated: test plan and feedback.Perform lab testing and analyze results (from laboratory, panel tests), evaluate the pros and cons, and compare the "improved" situation with the current one.Create the standard operating procedure (SOP) for testing when required.
