Coordination of plant initiatives and their implementation. Ensure with relevant people the right prioritization of tests of new product specifications, materials, and process improvements by considering both the overall Essity and customer needs.
Create short and long-term action plans through close collaboration with Product manager, Planning, Production, Technology, Sourcing, and Quality.
Responsible for planning and executing tests in the plant with RST/Operations teams and other relevant people.
Ensure, together with the Q Department, that the products out from production are following the Article specifications and suggest specification adaptations.
Support the Quality department during Validation periods, ensuring swift completion of relevant protocols.

What you will do Coordination and implementation of the initiatives for the plant, mainly the testing processes; ensure the test is designed in the right way and share and discuss it with the RST/Operations team.Participate in projects/activities at different levels (as a consultant or as a project team member).Be part of the FMEA analysis before the test/project/activity.Together with relevant RST/Operations team and requestors, plan for all activities within the factory short to medium term to ensure all needs are considered, and thereafter execute the material and process tests with relevant resources.Be the connection point and a contact to coordinate the activities linked with product, material, and equipment changes (which requires a test following the validation procedures).Drive, coordinate, or execute together with local stakeholders actions to optimize product/material/equipment utilization.Part of CHAMP process execution.Keep updated the TRR Share Point: test plan and feedbacks.Perform lab testing and analyze the results (from the laboratory, panel tests), evaluate the pros and cons, and compare the "improved" situation with the current one.Create the standard (SOP) way to proceed when a test is needed/required. Be the connection point between the test owner and the technical specialist who executes the test.Together with the Quality Department, ensure that the factory follows the validations procedures and that the validation plans are designed according to this standard. Support as needed/requested.Who you are Degree in technical specialties.
