You will support the Visibility Iberia Lead in translating Brand strategies and plans into the Visibility program (permanent merchandising tools for the entire JTI portfolio: RMC, FC, & RRP) at the Canary Islands market level, working closely with Brand Managers & Associates, Field Support/Field Force to ensure successful implementation, while helping to control and optimize the budget. You will coordinate the evolution of the Visibility Program in the Canary Islands, monitoring and presenting results, proposing necessary improvements, and implementing corrective actions. You will ensure correct operational execution in the field in the Canary Islands, maintaining competitiveness in terms of visibility materials, tools implemented, and quality service placement. Main Areas of Responsibility Daily Program Implementation: Ensure the correct implementation of the Visibility Program in the Canary Islands, meeting business objectives and maintaining competitiveness. Align with Brands, Field Force, and suppliers, resolving daily issues promptly to minimize impact. Strategy Support: Assist in defining the annual Visibility strategy for the Canary Islands, analyzing activation effectiveness, and developing effective plans based on market trends and competitor activity. Ensure visibility at POS to boost brand impact and sales. Shelf Planograms/Category Management: Implement JTI shelf planograms, providing tools, guidelines, and training to ensure effective execution. Monitor placement effectiveness and align with legal and JTI guidelines. Permanent Merchandising: Manage permanent materials (e.G., screens, displays) in line with brand strategies and budgets. Conduct field visits and provide insights to optimize visibility. Ensure alignment with legal and brand guidelines. Suppliers & Purchasing: Coordinate with GIP (Global Internal Procurement) pricing and materials with suppliers, ensuring quality and flexibility. Oversee the placement of materials and monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues. Monitoring & Reporting: Track program results against KPIs, providing periodic updates to Marketing & Sales and top management on program performance and recommending corrective actions. Budget Control: Manage the yearly budget for the Visibility Program, ensuring alignment with company policies and optimizing resources. Handle purchase orders and goods receipts. Cross-Market Project Support: Provide support to the Visibility Iberia team for cross-market projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
