Learn more about Griffith Foods at www.Griffithfoods.ComThe purpose of the roleResponsible for planning the talent acquisition and recruitment processes across Griffith Foods Europe, improving and streamlining processes where possible.Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle (including senior management roles) from identifying hiring needs in the region to crafting job profiles, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to business case testing and offer negotiation with a focus on candidate experience, in close partnership with the local HR teams.This role also investigates and implements different approaches to talent acquisition in line with our Purpose Driven Strategy and our foundational goal of promoting Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the business: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their hiring needs and find the best people. Serve as their trusted advisor for all recruitment matters. Collaborate with local HR teams.Map out the Employee Value Proposition: Embed them in the recruitment process to gain competitive advantages in attracting top talent.Develop recruitment processes: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for optimization.Talent Sourcing: Develop various sourcing methods to engage with the right candidates and plan for hard-to-fill/critical roles. Provide direct search capability and train others in the HR team on best practices in direct search.Interview process: Lead and participate in the interview process, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates and hiring teams, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout.Work together globally: Liaise with other regions to share best practices for recruitment and gain insight from external sources on new ways to recruit & source talent.Build networks: Develop and maintain a strong network of talented professionals for our current and future needs.Measure and Improve: Use recruitment metrics to track progress on different KPIs and find ways to improve our strategies and processes.Experience and skills+5 years of recruiting experience, including senior management profiles in a multinational environment.Knowledge of recruitment processes, active search, and competency-based interviewing.Great communication, project management, organization, and time management skills.Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.Native Spanish or Dutch and fluent in English (other European languages are a key advantage)
