This role is crucial in leveraging Data and AI to accelerate and enhance our R&D initiatives, ultimately fostering the discovery and development of new drugs. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, expected business value, and impact, defining and executing the product roadmap and evaluating its impact on the business.Acting as the primary liaison between R&D end users, business stakeholders as well as the engineering and architecture teams, you will define the product roadmap and ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes within our global R&D Data and AI landscape. This will also require you to engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product's functionality, usability, and performance. Furthermore, you will continuously gather feedback from end users and regularly communicate product roadmap updates across the organization. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying new product growth opportunities, as well as potential risks or roadblocks, and proposing mitigating strategies to ensure successful roadmap delivery.In addition to these responsibilities, you will champion a product mindset and focus on business value throughout the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to data analysis, ML, especially FMs, will be vital in enhancing the effectiveness of the product.
