.Valsea Technologies is looking for a self-driven Senior Frontend Developer. The position is office-based, with the possibility to WFH 2 days a week.What We DoValsea Technologies is a global technical consultancy specialised in Scala and JavaScript development. Currently, our Javascript team is working on an in-house built system that manages more than 15 online gambling sites. Our main application is built with ViteJS, Cloudflare Pages and our own GraphQL layer.Through our ongoing efforts in research and development, we are continuously enhancing our toolset to stay at the forefront of technology and deliver cutting-edge solutions for managing content, data, and performance at scale.Our expertise is our people. Since we are passionate about building a global culture, we have a team of 10 different nationalities.Who You AreYou are a senior developer with a solid understanding of the technologies we use but are also eager to venture into uncharted territory. Tried and tested or new and exciting – you like both ways and know when to choose one or the other.What We Require From YouAt least five years of experience in the fieldStrong proficiency in Javascript and TypescriptThorough understanding of React.Js and its core principlesExtensive experience with the different Cloudflare services, like pages and workers.A proven track record of delivering Node.Js applicationsExperience with modern front end tools like ViteFamiliarity with theory and good practices of software development necessary to produce high quality software with good performanceYour ResponsibilitiesOwn the full cycle of software development, from the design of the architecture to testing.Collaborate with design, product, backend developers, and DevOps to design, plan, and release new features.Mentor junior team members.Partner with stakeholders and senior management to provide efficient technical solutions to business initiatives.Monitor the performance of the applications using tools like Sentry or Grafana and suggest improvements.Lastly, but most importantly, you are self-driven, self-organising and can work independently.Please note that we're unable to sponsor work visas from outside the EU
