This person will be part of the Sales Administration team and will manage customer accounts, tracking sales orders from receipt to invoicing. This person will collaborate with business, planning, logistics, and technical support areas, establishing effective communications with customers and being able to positively solve any incident arising from the management of the customer portfolio.Responsibilities:1. Customer portfolio management, including:Customer database updateMaintenance rates/offers per customerReceiving ordersEvaluation of stock availability and confirmation of delivery terms to the customerProviding customers with direct communication to update them on the status of their ordersCoordination with Warehouse for shipment preparationHiring transport servicesConsolidation of export documentation (packing list, invoices, export certificates)Administrative support to after-sales service (coordination with Customer Support, claims solving, returns, service/product certificates, and budgets)Requirements:Administrative professional degreeProficient in MS Office applicationsB2-C1 Level of English minimumPrevious experience with SAP SD moduleSkills:Proactive person with communication skillsAbility to work as a team and solve incidentsAccuracy in handling information, with a high degree of initiative and flexibilityResponsible, committed, organizedIntegrity, ethics, and honestyIt would be a plus:1.
