And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of humanities.Our PeopleAt IE we are:People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge championsWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.ResponsibilitiesYour role as Project Manager will involve:Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements; track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders by preparing and delivering regular project status reports.Develop event schedules, manage budgets, and oversee the execution of events to ensure they meet organizational standards and objectives.Support the execution of key employee journey moments like onboarding and exit interviews while identifying changes and improvement needs to enhance the employee experience.Collaborate with the IT Department to facilitate the adoption of new systems and technologies that streamline internal Talent Management processes.Strategically manage and lead institutional-level projects related to institutional competencies, leveraging communication and cultural initiatives to drive organizational growth.Support the integration of organizational competencies within recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes by working with the different Associate Directors of the team.Lead and implement the Talent Management communication plan, encompassing diverse formats, calendars, and targeted strategies to enhance internal stakeholder engagement.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have:3 to 5 years of experience in talent management or related fields.Academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent disciplines.
A Master's Degree from a top University will be valued.Experience in communication plans will be valued.Fluency in Spanish and English
