The role can be in our Madrid or Milan office.As the Pricing Manager for Iberia and Italy, you'll lead the development and execution of dynamic pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness across these vibrant markets. This role centers on crafting scalable pricing processes that leverage data-driven insights and automation, ensuring adaptability and strategic alignment with market demands. Collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, and Procurement, you'll innovate and refine pricing models to optimize organizational growth. You will also build and guide a geographically diverse team, instilling a culture of excellence and continuous improvement that supports our broader business objectives.In this role, you will:Design and deploy regional pricing strategies to drive business growth and customer retention.Implement scalable pricing processes using data-driven insights and automation to streamline decision-making.Monitor and adjust pricing structures to meet or exceed profitability goals, responding proactively to market changes.Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure aligned pricing strategies.Build, mentor, and lead a pricing team across the South Region, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Guarantee all pricing strategies comply with local laws and corporate policies, maintaining ethical standards and corporate integrity.Oversee the design and implementation of departmental objectives and metrics, including career development plans for team members.Initiate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to promote best practices and innovations.Manage budgets and resources to align with company objectives, optimizing both growth and productivity.Minimum Requirements:Demonstrated experience developing and executing regional pricing strategies, ideally within the transport or logistics sector.Proven leadership in managing geographically dispersed teams.At least five years in analytical roles such as Pricing Manager or Revenue Manager, with experience in tech, solutions consulting, or logistics.Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for advanced data analysis.Experience with business intelligence tools like Looker is a plus.Proficiency in understanding and applying forecasting models to predict market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
