After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the role:This role will be responsible for providing general People and Culture support to all employees and administrative support to the People and Culture team.
You will serve as a member of the P&C team providing the highest level of internal service to our employees at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor.You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in the hotel and you will exhibit an approachable demeanor at all times as you are the first point of contact for employees and applicants in the P&C department.This role will support the team through many facets of People and Culture, including but not limited to: HR systems, administration and records management (Workday), onboarding/offboarding, internal communication, L&D projects, assisting in coordinating onsite training and orientations, assisting in coordinating all employee-related events and initiatives, assisting with recruitment including responding to applications, checking references and processing new hire paperwork, and supporting People and Culture initiatives
