Department: Information Technology - Factory Cluster Location: Tenerife, Spain (local contract) Reporting to: Factory Cluster IT Director WE What this position is about – Purpose: As part of the local factory management, the objective of this position is formulating the right IT solution strategy for the Factory as well as Delivery / Deployment Program, in line with D&IT strategy.
You will serve as a solution architect responsible for driving the selection, design and delivery of IT solutions to support Factory and Delivery/Deployment Program's growth and transformation objectives, actively engaging with business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business requirements, and alignment with strategic priorities.
You will lead the detailed project planning and execution of approved projects, in accordance with JTI's Project Management Framework, and established IT standards, policies and procedures, J-Sox controls, and industry best practices.
You will be responsible for ensuring that 3rd-party solution providers and external project resources comply with JTI quality standards and fulfil agreed-upon project commitments and contractual obligations.
You are expected to exercise fiscal discipline and transparency in the overall project budget management while ensuring adherence to JTI IT and Corporate governance standards.
The incumbent leads and manages his/her direct reports and/or project implementation team, ensuring identified projects are executed, while day-to-day operations continue in an effective and efficient manner.
What will you do - Responsibilities: Business Relationship Management: Proactively engage with relevant cluster business stakeholders / Delivery - Deployment Program teammates / respective BTS & other D&IT teams to gain solid understanding of related processes in order to effectively formulate the right solution strategy, ensuring alignment with all impacted stakeholders.
Serve as IT solution consultant to business stakeholders and take the lead in mapping relevant technologies and D&IT services to support business / Delivery - Deployment plan execution.
