As the Creative Design Lead in the Creative Design Team, you will be in charge of:Strategy (in collaboration with the Creative Strategy Director):- Understand our business goals and our target audience in order to strategize innovative solutions that elevate our brand.- Create a compelling roadmap that inspires the team and aligns with our business direction.- Perform data analysis to understand trends and identify critical improvement points, using information from monitoring and other metrics (NPS, CSAT, First Contact Resolution, etc.).- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to help influence creative strategies.Creative Development For Graphic Design Lead:- Lead the conceptualisation and execution of innovative visual marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand while pushing creative boundaries.- Oversee the creation of high-quality graphic design deliverables, conduct thorough reviews, and provide actionable feedback to elevate design standards.- Ensure consistency and cohesion across all platforms by upholding and evolving a comprehensive design system.- Offer hands-on support for design tasks and assist the team in project delivery when needed, especially during high-demand periods.Data Analysis:- Leverage insights to enhance creative performance and inform design decisions.- Monitor design performance metrics, using this information to guide future decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of our design strategies.- Utilise research and data-driven decision-making to create intuitive designs.Team Management:- Ensure team balance design with the overall marketing and company objectives.- Ensure the team reaches all OKR's and strives for Quality and Performance.- Ensure team acts as custodian of the brand and works within the guidelines.- Provide guidance and support to team members
