The role covers two fundamental axes:- Automation and integrations.- Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding.What we will do together:Work in a hybrid environment using both Agile and ITIL (non-strict) methodologies.Freely explore and experiment with new technologies that would add value.Teach, educate and transmit knowledge to the Company members.How we work:We have Team Projects developed in tandem or individually aligned with the Business needs.Work autonomously both in time and task management.Pair or Team programming while working on scripting and automation.What you will do:Own Issues, Service Request and Projects from start to finish.Help and educate company employees.Record and track your activity in our ITSM software.Keep the inventory and the documentation up to date.Autonomously execute housekeeping tasks.Comply and improve internal policies and standards.What we are looking for:Please keep in mind that, although we would love to meet you, to proceed with your application, a valid working permit for Spain is needed.Soft Skills:Willing/eager to learn, challenge driven.Proactive attitude, understanding current environment and proposing enhancements, critical thinking.Continuously seek improvement of the IT processes, work."Loves" documentation, both in reading and writing.Comfortable taking ownership of the entire project lifecycle.Knowledge of user lifecycle management.Knowledge of Agile methodology.Not afraid of rolling up sleeves
