The vacancy is part of the ITDBP Client department, belonging to the CIO&CDO department, particularly in the digital area that serves the Retail Electricity and Gas business within Repsol Cliente.
As a Product Delivery Lead, you will work in a very dynamic environment with the challenge of growing Repsol's electricity and gas business. You will be responsible for the implementation and operation of solutions in the meter to cash domain and will collaborate in other processes and opportunities for optimization and transformation of the retail business and Repsol's multi-energy proposal.
As part of the global IT and Digital team at Repsol Cliente, the candidate will have the opportunity to develop their profile in a multi-energy business with cutting-edge and innovative technologies.
Location: Madrid.
Main Responsibilities: Evolve, optimize, and operate the systems involved in the meter to cash process, especially the billing, debt management, and collection process. Interact with different business areas to understand business objectives, needs, and offer the best digital proposals to meet them. Conceptualize and execute digital projects and cases that allow scaling Repsol's electricity and gas business and adapting it to the regulatory environment. Constantly seek operational excellence. Optimize the operating model and process improvements to reduce costs, shorten product launch times to market, and mitigate risks. Preparation and monitoring of SLAs and KPIs that support business objectives and help in making better decisions. Position Requirements: Higher academic qualification (preferably engineering or economic sciences, mathematics, physics). Proven experience in SAP ISU in the electricity and gas sector. Demonstrated experience managing technology projects aimed at business process digitization (especially in billing and collections processes, campaign management, CRM, etc.). Proven experience leading teams and managing suppliers. Valuable knowledge of Salesforce, MDM Energy IP, and StreamServe/Opentext. Good teamwork skills, communication, and excellent customer service orientation. Valuable knowledge of project control tools: JIRA, Service Now, Azure DevOps.
