As a legal expert, you will consult and support the managers of TecAlliance to ensure compliance with the organization's constitutional and regulatory requirements.Join our team and contribute your expertise to help us navigate complex legal landscapes while driving our mission forward!Key Responsibilities:Support management in identifying and managing liability issues to minimize violation risks.Implement corporate law and M&A requirements and support the implementation of EU regulations and laws (e.G.
