We are owned by 34 automotive companies such as Bosch, Continental, or ZF and take pride in connecting all data for them.As a legal expert you will consult and support the managers of TecAlliance to ensure compliance with the organization's constitutional and regulatory requirements.Join our team and contribute your expertise to help us navigate complex legal landscapes while driving our mission forward!Key Responsibilities: Support management in identifying and managing liability issues to minimize violation risks.Implement corporate law and M&A requirements and support the implementation of EU regulations and laws (e.G. CSRD, CSDDD, LKSG).Manage export control laws, sanctions and embargos.Provide legal support for national and international projects and activities.Assist and proxy for the Compliance Manager / Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance.Support management of Whistleblowing process.Offer in-house legal consultancy on liability matters.Prepare for and support in legal disputes, including coordination of external lawyers and explaining / clarifying legal opinions to relevant departments.Establish local guidelines under global policies as needed.Prepare legal risk assessments and advise on mitigation strategies.Consult management and level officers on Governance, Risk & Compliance topics.Collaborate with external parties, local specialists, and investigative authorities.Requirements: Master's degree, second state law examination, or an equivalent qualification in a field of commercial law.5+ years of working experience and a generalist approach with a high willingness to work on topics from unknown legal areas and legal systems.Structured, cross-departmental and cross-divisional thinking as well as the willingness to work interdisciplinary with the specialist departments.Very good understanding of (global) business requirements and business ethics in a complex and changing environment.Ability to work in a team as well as independently while maintaining a high level of quality awareness.Business fluent English and German (at least C1 level), both spoken and written.Strong communication and intercultural skills, and a solution-oriented, constructive approach.Strong sense of responsibility and resilience.Willingness to travel occasionally.Benefits: Full Remote* or hybrid: we work 80-100% remotely; however, we have regular on-site team events
