Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.Join our IT Team in Madrid as Inhouse Consultant BI & Analytics to help us take Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to the next level.Your main tasks and responsibilities:Leading data and analytics projects with global reach and providing actionable insights to our business units.Partnering with our global divisions, business units, and group functions to scope new projects, gather functional requirements, develop data models, and design front-end applications.Develop, test, and implement solutions based on our Qlik Sense platform.Proactively identifying needed changes in the application lifecycle and making recommendations for improvements with subsequent implementation.Planning and delivering training for end users, especially in the context of Self-Service Analytics.Supporting proper operations and maintenance of the existing application landscape (e.G., service request and incident management), designing and updating required support frameworks.Providing mentoring and leadership to other team members and serving as a role model.To succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's or master's degree in technical or business studies or equivalent experience.Min. 4 years of working experience in a similar in-house consulting role in an international company.Hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Qlik Sense as well as know-how in defining and/or managing large-scale enterprise deployments.Familiarity with "Governed Self Service BI" concepts being able to advise on best practices and visualizations.Basic know-how in SQL and ability to create views and ad-hoc queries incorporating business logic.Experience in back-end solutions, especially Snowflake, is an advantage.Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent collaboration, partnering, and facilitation skills and used to work with Senior Management.Ability to multitask under high stress & aggressive timelines in a matrix organization.Fluency in English is a must.What we offer you:A competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectives.Restaurant tickets.Permanent contract.Accident insurance.Working from home according to local policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
