Role: Technical Support Engineer - English or German Speaker We are Tenth Revolution Group - british consultancy specializing in IT and Digital Solutions.
We are looking for 2 Technical Support Engineers to join one of our customers within the SaaS industry.
What are we looking for?
1-3 years of experience as Technical Support Engineer Experience in 2nd level technical customer support (API support or similar) IDEAL Experience working with Request Response Patterns (REST and/or SOAP), as well as the Toolset (PostMan and/or Selenium) React / JavaScript?: preferable - but experience in any coding language would be very helpful Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for our customer innovative software solutions in the field of automation .Languages: English (C1/C2) What we offer Permanent contract with the end custome Salary: 23,000 - 30,000 € Hybrid model: 3 days on-site and 2 days from home Looking for your next professional challenge?
