We serve the OEMs and the Aftermarket with our and our customer's top brands.About the job:For our growing Automotive division in Manzanares - Ciudad Real (Spain), we are looking for a: PROCESS ENGINEER PLANT.Reporting to the Technical Plant Manager, your mission will be to develop and improve the manufacturing processes to maintain efficiency and maximize profitability.The Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and optimizing existing processes, as well as designing and implementing new processes and manufacturing technologies to achieve high quality, reduced cost, improved sustainability, and to develop best practices within the production flow/process.The Process Engineer is also responsible for providing guidance and support to other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure process quality.What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?Development, improvement, and support of manufacturing processes.Designing, installing, and commissioning of new production equipment and methods.Monitoring modifications and upgrades.Troubleshooting existing processes.Defining working instructions, material specifications, parameters, and main checkpoints to obtain a product according to customer specifications.Ensuring that equipment and materials work to their specifications and appropriate capacities.Developing prototypes and processes for new serial production.Assisting in the introduction of new products and raw materials.Ensuring proper process information is developed, analyzed, reviewed, and made available.Working with the wider team to ensure timely resolution of all process/production issues.Ensuring compliance with environment, health safety standards in all projects, changes, and new processes occurring in the plant.This is a hands-on position, and a significant portion of time will be spent on the shop floor.This position functions as a liaison between research development, production, manufacturing engineering, and quality.What we ask for:Minimum B.Sc.
degree in Engineering (Process Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronic Engineering).2-5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, and/or plant engineering.Comprehensive practical knowledge of the manufacturing processes, products, machines, and equipment.
Comfortable in the plant environment.
