ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Performance: Responsible for the animation and deployment of the Schneider Lean System (SPS).Manufacturing Engineering: Responsible for process development optimization needs.Strong contribution to elaboration and deployment of standards continuous improvement processes.Management of industrial projects.Ability to apply change management methodology to implement successful business priorities (on time, on budget, human objectives and business objectives).Understands demand variation amplification for service level/capacity and cash flow impacts.Knowledge of late differentiation, Queue simulation, lead time optimization.Conducts value add/non-value add analysis (useful time analysis).Creates and interprets value stream maps.Understands how to design line layout, workstations and material presentation that minimize waste and balances work content and conducts takt/cycle time analysis.Interprets diagnostic results.Conducts changeover analysis, material handling analysis and overall equipment effectiveness.Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
