Mission: Lead and manage the technological infrastructure of the organization with experience and strategic vision, supporting the company's position as a leader in the automotive sector.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute medium and long-term strategies for IT/OT technological infrastructures.
Implement and maintain systems that meet quality, availability and security requirements.
Supervise networks and systems, ensuring their performance and security.
Establish, implement, comply with and enforce security policies related to IT and OT technological infrastructures in coordination with the cybersecurity team.
Manage technology service providers, negotiating contracts and evaluating their quality.
Optimize costs and improve operational efficiency, proposing innovative and sustainable solutions.
Lead and supervise the IT and OT technological infrastructure teams, promoting their professional development and collaboration.
Required skills Project management: ability to plan, organize and execute complex projects, with a global vision and results-oriented.
Technical knowledge in technological infrastructures: mastery of public and private cloud data-center networks and infrastructures, and desirable knowledge of industrial control systems, among others.
What we are looking for: Leadership skills and strategic thinking: ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, make decisions, solve problems and anticipate technological changes.
Ability to manage risks and adapt to technological changes: ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with technological infrastructures, as well as to adapt to new trends and opportunities.
University degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or another related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technological infrastructure management positions.
Proficiency in English: level C1 or higher.
Communication and adaptability skills: ability to communicate effectively with different interlocutors, both internal and external, and to adapt to different environments and situations."
