What you will do at Signaturit As the Infrastructure Manager of Systems, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire systems infrastructure of our SaaS products. You will lead a team of 7 skilled technicians, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure. Your areas of responsibilities are diverse and will include - but not be strictly limited to: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to perform their duties effectively. Design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable systems architecture that supports our SaaS products. Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure they align with the company's strategic goals. Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning. Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of all systems, implementing best practices and staying up to date with industry standards. Enforce security policies and procedures created by our Security Department to protect company data and infrastructure. Implement corrective actions as requested after the reports of security audits and vulnerability assessments. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
