Could you be the full-time Infraestructure Engineer Tramway in Barcelona we're looking for?
Your future role :
Take on a new challenge and apply your Infraestructure Maintenance Projects expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will carry out the maintenance of all systems tramways of Barcelona, as well all the IT communications that make possible the transverse operation of different systems.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Services and Project Management), verify the correct development of the maintenance plan and much more.
You'll specifically take care of elaborate and verify all the necessary documentation to undertake the Industrial Maintenance Process, but also establish and optimize the maintenance process.
We'll look to you for :
RAMS: follow up quality contract indexes (Reliability, Availability, Regularity, ...) and failure analysis.
Studies of equipment life potential and its optimization.
Maintenance information update in LCC.
Monitoring and control modifications and/or specific activities.
Propose and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction.
Proper revision filled and imputation of: Descriptions of faults, causes and solutions in the texts of the F.I, correct imputation of costs (M.O. + Material) to the Preventive Work's Order and Corrective Work's Order.
Implementation and follow-up of the Calibration Plan Barcelona Tramways Project.
Monitoring and analysis of the technical problems with the different technologists, suppliers and other participating units of ALSTOM in the projects.
Contributing to Engineering the maximum number of possible technical data on the anomalies detected.
Elaboration of technical reports breakdowns.
Control software versions electronic equipment.
Analysis and possible study implementation of predictive maintenance techniques.
Follow-up repairs made by suppliers.
Guarantee and transmit to the personnel, the strict compliance of the Norms of Quality and Environment, Safety and Labor Health.
Ensure that safety and environmental measures are complied with at the personal level, during the execution of the different maintenance works.
Generation of material coding requests.
Identification of materials for purchase from non-captive suppliers.
Plan and manage the renovation projects of the tram system.
Planning of preventive maintenance.
Industrialization of tramway operations.
Release of "Troubleshooting" documents to improve the efficiency of corrective maintenance.
Install and update software and hardware, removing malicious software.
Manage third companies that are dedicated to configure equipment and perform regular maintenance on hardware and software components.
Know and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Safety, Quality and Environmental Management.
Manage human group to carry out the renovations of the different systems.
Manage human group to reach the KPIs commitment.

Degree in Maintenance Engineer or similar.
Master is a plus.
3-4 years of experience in similar positions.
Previous experience in maintenance and managing projects.
Drivers License.
High English level is a must.
Fluent in French is desirable.
Desirable knowledge in railway structures.
