Who you are We are looking for someone with strong documented leadership skills, who feels confident when taking on challenging situations and turning them into solutions! To ensure success in this role, you bring at least a minimum of 5 years of progressive and diverse experience working with IT infrastructure and have been involved in various project coordination demanding roles. Proven training in information technology, computer science, or equivalent is essential.
You have excellent knowledge of:
How to plan, source, configure, install, operate, and monitor IT infrastructure, with the main focus on networking. IT infrastructure and solutions in a shopping center context. Cyber security and its implementation (good knowledge). Supplier, contract sourcing, and management in order to secure supplier excellence in operation. A day in your life with us The Infrastructure Leader is responsible for ensuring that all IT infrastructure implementation tasks are planned and conducted in the right sequence in Meeting Place development projects, in close collaboration with the development project, facility management, safety & security, country digital, and other stakeholders.
Moreover, as a leader, you will participate in and provide IT infrastructure and general IT advice in the sourcing phase of Meeting Place development projects as well as in meeting place operational needs. You also need to secure proper SLA and support is in place for implemented IT infrastructure.
To ensure success in this role, you need to be able to travel to different meeting places and have very good communication skills.
You will:
Ensure that orders, deliveries, and configurations/installations, etc. are performed with quality and in time, adhering to the agreed base standard and considering Meeting Place specifics, regardless if they are conducted by internal resources or contractors (you execute certain tasks yourself and participate in the sourcing of the majority). Be the single point of contact for the development project in all kinds of IT-related topics and ensure the appropriate Product Owners and others get involved as they should. Take lead in, analyze, and advise on IT infrastructure and all kinds of base IT-related aspects throughout Ingka Centres. Participate in/lead IT infrastructure-related incident resolution. Document known errors, workarounds, improvement suggestions, and lessons learned, as well as feedback to continuously improve the standard. Proactively support Platform/Product Owners by optimizing IT infrastructure utilized by the platforms/products. Ensure there is an SLA and support established for the IT infrastructure. In this role, you will report to the Infrastructure & Support Manager, Ingka Centres. This role is placed in either Malmö (Sweden), Madrid (Spain), or Warsaw (Poland).
