Responsabilities : Management of Communications Operations: Ensure secure and efficient global connectivity between all Company sites and subsidiaries.Maintain up to date corporate IT communications standards, aligned with Business and cyber security requirements.Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards, promoting their updating when necessary.Design and manage networks and LAN/WAN systems, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.according to corporate standards.Identify the best technological solutions in the field of communications (SD-WAN, SASE, radio, satellite, etc.
).Ensure optimal performance and security of global communications through advanced monitoring and analysis tools.Team and Supplier Management Lead the technical teams under his/her responsibility, promoting talent development and knowledge transfer.Collaborate closely with the rest of the IT areas, especially with the cybersecurity area.Establish and maintain relationships with solution and service providers under the area of responsibility.Collaborate in the definition and contracting of solutions and services agreements, leading especially the technical and governance aspects of the service.To carry out an adequate follow-up of service contracts, including their economic management.Coordination of the IT demand of subsidiaries Maintain a continuous and fluid relationship with the IT managers of the subsidiaries, collaborating in the identification and proposal of improvement plans.Supervision and coordination of the strategic improvement initiatives of the subsidiaries, pursuing the implementation of the systems and solutions of the IT Infrastructures and Communications area.Representing the IT function to the Business, explaining IT services and facilitating and promoting their adoption.Requirements: - Educational background : Engineering in Telecommunications or Computer Science.- Certifications : networking and security certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, Comp Tia Netowrk+, NSE 4/5/7, etc.and project management PMP, CSM/ASM, etc.are desirable.- Experience : 5-7 years of experience in similar roles in IT communications, infrastructure and/or cyber security.- Technical Knowledge : Experience in SDWAN networks and SASE solutions (Fortinet, Netskope, etc.
), LAN networks, wireless, etc.Desirable knowledge and experience in onprem infrastructure management (Vmware, storage, backup, etc.
), cloud Azure, firewalls, O365, etc.- Project Management Skills : Knowledge and experience in project and service management, knowledge of ITIL best practices and project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, etc.
