EBRO SUV is a leading automotive company committed to innovation and excellence.We are seeking a skilled IT Business Partner to join our team and support our IT initiatives, streamline business processes, and enhance operational efficiency.Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between the IT department and business units, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and IT solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage IT projects that support the company's strategic goals.Analyze and improve business processes through the implementation of appropriate technologies.Manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.Provide support and training to end-users to maximize the efficiency of IT solutions.Ensure the seamless integration of IT solutions with existing systems and third-party applications.Lead data migration strategies to ensure accurate and complete transfer of data from legacy systems.Stay updated with technological trends and recommend continuous improvements.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and support.Technical Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in implementing and managing IT solutions.Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to IT solutions.Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and other enterprise solutions, preferably including Dynamics 365 CRM and SAP ERP modules.Experience with data migration and integration tools.Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other data analysis tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certified Application Associate or higher.Experience in the automotive industry.Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.What We Offer: An innovative and collaborative work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities within the company.Competitive compensation package, including benefits and bonuses.Participation in challenging and impactful projects.
