We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic IT Administrator to support our internal infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CTO and HR Lead, you will manage hardware, software, networks, and user access. Along with providing technical support, implementing security measures, ensuring the office equipment works smoothly, and facilitating backups and recovery. Your tasks and responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support and maintenance to ensure smooth IT operations. Provide technical support and assistance to employees via a ticketing system and in person. Administer Windows, Mac, and Linux systems. Set up laptops for new joiners and reset those for leavers. Maintain impeccable tracking of IT assets and generate monthly reports. Manage and administer GSuite (Google Workspace) services, including email, drive, and the rest of collaboration tools. Maintain, enhance and enforce our security systems, IT policies, and procedures. Oversee IT infrastructure including purchasing desktop and network equipment. Administer antivirus and anti-malware solutions and Windows, Mac, and Linux updates. Maintain IT support documentation, backup, and disaster recovery plans. Oversee the maintenance and updating of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Any other additional ad-hoc duties as required. What are we looking for: At least 3 years of experience in IT Administrator or similar roles. Availability to start immediately. Good technical knowledge and experience in network and system administration (for Windows, Mac, and Linux), cybersecurity, data management, and cloud services. Fluent in written and verbal English - is a MUST. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Troubleshooting and problem analysis skills. Highly proactive and driven to solve problems before they escalate. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and at all times, be aligned with Corporate Policies. Hands-on: not scared to take a screw driver and give maintenance to any hardware in the office.
