Partner with the technology and operations teams to ensure that we are using our tools optimally.Data Collection & Organization: Gather, structure, and maintain all relevant data from various departments across the company, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.Reporting & Analysis: Leverage our data visualization tools to produce and present detailed reports that provide insights into key business metrics, trends, and opportunities. Use these insights to guide strategic decision-making processes.Excel Mastery: Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate large datasets, create complex models, and automate reporting processes. This includes proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, charts, and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and provide timely, relevant reports and analyses.Consultancy Approach: Apply a consultancy mindset to identify areas of improvement within the company's data management processes, offering recommendations to optimize data use and improve business outcomes.Advertising Sector Insight: Leverage any prior experience in the advertising sector to understand industry-specific metrics, helping to tailor reports and analyses to meet the unique needs of the business.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence, continually enhancing the quality and effectiveness of reports.Minimum RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business consulting, or a related field, ideally within the advertising sector.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to use complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Industry Knowledge: Experience in the advertising sector or a strong understanding of its key metrics is highly desirable.Consultancy Background: Previous experience in a consultancy role, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, is advantageous.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
