Info Scientist/ Medical Information - Sponsor Dedicated

Under minimal supervision, provide published information to support company associates and external clients as specified in contracts.Utilize subject expertise and information technology skills to search a wide array of bibliographic/full text databases to successfully complete literature requests.Job Description: • Management of requests for medical information received through the call center or the systems established by the company • Adaptation of global standard responses or creation of local standard responses • Quality control management of the area • Relationship with global medical information teams • Supervision of KPIs, quality control, and the plan for corrective and preventive actions in the management of requests for medical information (based on the findings) • Update of SOPs and local medical information instructions based on needs (LOPD, changes in global procedure (SOP), etc.)• Maintenance of local medical information websites • Work cross-functionally with the global Sponsor's medical information team (escalation of requests) • Project the company's image and corporate values in internal and external interactions.Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor/advanced degree in biomedical or life science • Required at least 1 year of relevant experience • Written and verbal communication skills including good command of Spanish and English language.• Effective time management and organizational skills.• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.We believe in pushing the boundaries of human science and data science to make the biggest impact possible – to help our customers create a healthier world.Learn more at https://jobs.iqvia.com
