The Role
The Influencer & Social Media Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating all agencies involved in influencer actions, from definition and creation to development and results.
This role includes influencer agency management and social media actions within the regional campaigns launched by the brand.
Your mission will be to manage and execute regional influencer and social media communication plans, maintaining a close relationship with agencies and other internal teams.
You will monitor projects, identify improvements, and resolve any issues that may arise, managing the necessary resources to achieve account objectives.
What would you do? Coordinate influencer campaign projects to develop actions that enhance the influencer's experience in alignment with the brand's strategy.Oversee all agencies responsible for influencer actions, providing guidance on creation, development, and results.Collaborate with the influencer EU team and other brand departments to manage all organizational aspects.Attend meetings with agencies and other departments.Provide overall strategic vision for influencer marketing projects based on current trends and the company's strategy, including creating presentations and final reports.Maintain strategic understanding and communication with the brand, conveying expectations, requirements, and preferences to agencies and their teams.Coordinate weekly meetings with work teams to track projects, identify improvements, and address potential issues. Requirements The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of project management, a planner's vision, and an understanding of the influencer landscape in social networks over recent years.
