Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?About YouFluent proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish; additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers and agencies.Strong performance and data-driven mindset and business goal-oriented approach.Stay abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best-fit influencers.Strong project management skills.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across territories.Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup.Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem-solver.Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.About the RoleDevelop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at a scale.
