What will you do at SocialPoint?
You will plan and execute performance-oriented campaigns from kickoff to post mortem - including, but not limited to, writing campaign briefs, researching new influencers, negotiating deals, reviewing content, and troubleshooting as necessary.
You will analyze campaign performance and generate reports with key takeaways in order to get new learnings, find patterns, optimize upcoming plans, and make informed decisions.
You will identify and communicate key insights to internal stakeholders, in an effort to improve our tactics and make better strategic decisions.
You will research and test new formats to find opportunities across a variety of different platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
You will test new ways to deliver scalable campaigns .
You will work in a cross-departmental environment, aligning the strategy and deliverables with internal stakeholders from Marketing, Community, Analytics, and Product.
You will leverage a budget that could range between 6 and 7 figures per year.
You will report directly to the Influencer Marketing Lead.

You are smart and creative but humble and practical at the same time.
You understand the ecosystem very well and are confident to negotiate with - and influence - senior stakeholders.
You are not afraid to take risks, but ensure you have sufficient information on which to base your decision.
It does not bother you that you have to do both the strategic and the tactical activities, like opening Purchase Orders and creating tracking links.
Numbers do not scare you.
You definitely have Fluency in English.
2-3 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing, so you can have full ownership of influencer marketing campaigns.
Excellent understanding of the key performance metrics, such as ROI, CVR, CPI, ER.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of how the main social platforms operate (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, Twitter, and TikTok).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Effective time management skills.
Great analytical skills and Excel knowledge.
Good relationship building with partners, internally and externally.
Initiative to drive change and demonstrate creativity in a quickly evolving space.
A humble and honest approach.
Experience with the gaming vertical definitely a plus.
Experience running performance campaigns definitely a plus
