For the Hyper Automation division within Incentro, we are looking for a motivated and eager inexperienced App Developer (Low-code) who is at the beginning of their journey in the IT world. Hyper Automation is a rapidly growing trend in the business and IT market, and we are growing just as quickly. You are not yet an expert in the field of Apps and Low-code, but you aspire to become one. You contribute to putting the Incentro team on the map and ensuring that we can deliver the best solutions for our clients.

Our app practice is where you'll find yourself. You begin by undergoing the necessary training to establish a strong foundation. After laying the groundwork, you quickly dive into work with one of our clients. You're not alone in this journey, as you'll be guided by an experienced colleague. Besides your work with clients, there is ample room for developing yourself in both hard and soft skills. As an App developer, you develop apps in all shapes and sizes. Collaborating with your team, you brainstorm and create customized solutions. Our apps are focused on both the core business of our clients and quick solutions for urgent problems. Therefore, you must be capable of asking the right questions to end-users and translating this into effective solutions. Being independent and ambitious, you create a development plan for yourself, and Incentro provides you with all the opportunities.
The Team
You'll be working in the driven Hyper Automation cell, which started three years ago and is evolving rapidly. This is done with passion and dedication, evident in both projects and the team. We are seeking individuals who dare to look beyond and aren't afraid of challenges—someone with a fresh and critical perspective. In small teams, we execute relatively short projects, making each week different. Additionally, the team collaboratively sets goals aligned with shared passion, and of course, achieving goals is celebrated!
About You
With a good sense of business and technology, you're already on the right track. We don't expect you to know everything already but rather that you're eager to learn everything. To provide more direction on what we're looking for:
0-2 years of work experience in software development.
Experience in your studies, internships, or work involving programming (high-code or low-code).
HBO bachelor's or master's degree. An education with a focus on business and/or IT is a plus (e.g., Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, or Information Management).
Open to new innovative ways of creating solutions.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to learn a lot in a short period.
