To meet this demand, we are looking for passionate technologists to join our Solutions Assurance Team based in Barcelona, as part of our growing Industry Solutions Team (IST), a remote/flexible, globally-dispersed team.
Our objective is to align MongoDB as an optimized platform for AI solutions and ensure we understand enterprise clients and their needs to drive modernization through artificial intelligence.
What you do at MongoDBBecome an expert in all things security related for MongoDB Atlas and MongoDB Enterprise AdvancedDesign and implement robust Atlas architectures in compliance with relevant standards such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and NIST 800-53Document the results of testing and develop best practices for security architectures and integrationsAssist in the risk assessments of our enterprise customers for AtlasPartner with the Industry Solutions team to help ensure success in accounts ranging from small startups to large enterprisesCommunicate and assist about specific integrations with field and other parts of the organizationProactively seek opportunities to support and mentor other team membersEnjoy the ride because we're growing fast!As an ideal candidate, you will haveAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in the tech sectorAbility and willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new industriesScripting skills and programming skills with a solid understanding of operation layer architecturesExperience in product security, AI security, machine learning security, or IT securityStrong understanding of data technologies and their potential vulnerabilitiesFamiliarity with security standards and regulations relevant to AI and data privacyA balance of technical knowledge as well as communication/presentation skillsA foundational knowledge of data, data science, data analytics, and/or data engineeringThe ability to manage and work with multiple stakeholders effectivelyA pro-active, self-starter with the drive to learn new skillsA strong sense of teamwork working towards a common goalWillingness to mentor more junior teammatesAs an ideal candidate, you may also haveA Master's degree or equivalent work experience in the tech sectorExperience with cryptographic techniques and secure communications protocolsExperience with databases and/or deploying applications with any of the major cloud providersExperience with database programming and data modelsA MongoDB CertificationProficiency in more than one languageWhat you will learnWorking in a fast-paced tech company and being integrated into a "can-do" teamThe rapidly expanding MongoDB product suiteExposure to a wide variety of market verticals and interesting use casesUnderstanding of product and program management in a fast-moving tech companyProcess thinking, planning, and project management skillsTo drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we're committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone.
