Industrialisation Plastic Component & Tooling - [Tgz999]

JOB PURPOSE Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Collaborate with Design team in the definition of the components (plastic or metallic).
Provide industrial restrictions to the Design team for the different parts.
Obtain technical restrictions for the molds/tools from Schneider plants.
Prepare mold and tool specifications for the suppliers.
Conduct mold flow analysis.
Collaborate with purchasing in mold/tool supplier selection.
Analyze the quotations.
Select suppliers for each mold/tool.
Follow mold/tool construction at the supplier site.
Validate the mold/tool at the supplier site.
Implement the mold/tool in Schneider factory (worldwide).
Update all technical information in different databases.
Track all previous processes in a planning.
Skills & Required Profile: Technical profile in mechanics.
Could be Engineer or have technical studies.
English is mandatory.
Able to travel worldwide.
