Job Overview: As an Industrialisation Engineer , you will be responsible for defining and setting up production processes, equipment, material flows, and layouts for both new and existing products. Your role will focus on cost efficiency, quality, and service. You'll also support process improvements and manage transfers. Key Responsibilities: Define and set up production processes, equipment, and material flows for new or existing products. Implement and optimize production processes and equipment. Establish, validate, and improve process capabilities. Create and refine documentation for production processes. Develop standard times, time balancing, and production instructions. Manage process transfers and offer support during transitions. Conduct risk analysis and FMEA. Solve problems using analytical techniques to identify root causes. Manage projects to ensure timely completion with all stakeholders. Lead efforts to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase throughput. Support new product launches and process/tooling concerns (APQP activities). Drive continuous improvement efforts in production to boost quality and reduce costs. Assist other departments in corrective actions and process improvement initiatives. Train staff on production processes. Ensure compliance with organizational standards (quality, environment, and occupational health/safety). Requirements: 2 years of engineering or technical experience in industries such as automotive, industrial, medical devices, or electrotechnical. Experience with ISO 9001 (ISO 13485 is a plus). Familiarity with FMEA processes. Strong technical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent project and time management skills. Attention to detail and experience managing complex projects. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Advanced PC skills (MS Office) and fluency in English.
