Industrial Vehicle Spare-Parts Manager

Responsibilities:
Serving customers in person, by email and over the telephone
Demonstrating and providing technical explanations of parts and accessories
Preparing estimates, completing sales and taking payments
Managing stock and inventory
Receiving and placing orders
Requirements:
Intermediate or advanced vocational training in electromechanics or automobiles
At least two years of experience in tasks similar to those described above
Clear customer focus, person accustomed to working to meet set objectives
Ability to work as part of a team
High level of autonomy
Dynamic and proactive personality and good communication skills
Class B driver's license
