Growth and profitability targets.Team developmentCustomer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities :Leads the activities of the IS operational business unit in Spain in order to achieve its strategic objectives as set by the overall business plan.Implements the strategy within the assigned area of responsibility (IS Spain). Is responsible for the performance and results of the respective area.Recognizes wider business implications of decisions/actions. Creates and initiates changes in the processes and procedures to implement strategic decisions.Contributes to strategic planning and decision-making at senior management level to develop and implement business strategies that are aligned with the business objectives.Leads, guides, evaluates, and develops a team of senior managers to ensure that the unit achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.Manage the business as a whole and will be highly focused on obtaining the maximum business profitability: P&L and cost control.Ensure world-class service delivery and customer satisfaction.Qualification/Education :Bachelor in a technical specialty: e.G. engineering, ADE.An MBA will be highly valued.Spanish native level and excellent command of English - written and spoken; Willingness to travel, approximately 30% of his time.Skills & Knowledge :At least 5 years of work experience in managerial position within the industrial sector, with preference in industrial services companies.Experience in OEM will be priority.Knowledge of IT systems applied to business.
