MAIN ACTIVITIES As Crypto Custodian Officer:Ensure the compliance of AHE's contracts with company policies, laws, and regulatory provisions within Airbus and national/international legal regulations related to crypto items.Support the crypto account of AHE as a key actor in the overall Crypto Security organization, being the crypto custodian and reporting to the upper crypto account.Participate in the implementation of the Crypto Security Strategy encompassing tools, resources, suppliers, technologies, planning, contingency planning, and awareness.Protect the crypto account and crypto elements, collaborating in the inspections done by the Authority.Update the inventory (Control, accounting, and archiving) and coordinate with the crypto custodies of the customer and authorities.Coordinate deliveries with the customer, Engineering department, and Programs department.Correctly manage Crypto Material to avoid loss and compromise, providing immediate feedback on possible compromises and improving the tools for it.Inspect the material received (signs of handling) and prepare for shipment.Knowledge of regulations; manage the deployment of Security Transport Management regulations in the company.Support the management of personal security clearances and grant access to restricted zones.As Industrial Security Officer:Encourage security awareness within the company through adequate training programs and periodical refresher courses.Ensure security requirements are appropriately applied to the entire Military helicopter product portfolio.Identify different types of incidents and understand methods to identify vulnerabilities and plan responses.Remediate exceptions and incidents related to Product Security throughout their lifecycle.Lead PITS Security Assessments and support EAS Security Assessments in collaboration with IM Security Department.Establish processes and procedures needed to restore operations following a disruption caused by an incident.Collaborate in monitoring the management of the annual security budgets.Support all issues related to war weapons and pyrotechnics.Develop security procedures and carry out necessary audits.Ensure the deployment of the security policy through the management of the security governance.Security Department:Contribute to the preparation of security clearances, both nationally and UE/NATO.Manage the understanding of the security policy by Airbus employees through awareness, upskilling, and communication.Promote a culture of integral security.Recognize different types of Information Security research within own sector.Experience requirements:Experience in transversal activities and Group projects (3-5 years valuable).Experience in managing technical equipment, technical manual instructions, and crypto key management (1-3 years valuable).Other requirements:Communication skills.Able to assess situations quickly and decide on the best course of action.Ability to work under pressure and in flexible time, with full availability to travel.Manage Authorities & Customer relations.Capacity to anticipate risks and difficulties.Initiative and proactivity.Solution-oriented / Welcome problems.Flexible to travel on short notice when required.Education requirements:University degree or equivalent (Engineering is desired).Fluent English.Completion of a Crypto Security Course provided by the Authority is necessary for approval by the National Distribution Agency and the National Security Organization.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
