POSITION SUMMARY As an integral part of Aritex project teams, you will be responsible for developing technical projects in our Aeronautic, Automotive, and General Industries (GI) Machinery Industry: Design, assembly, test, installation, and commissioning of large-scale automated assembly lines.
We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to be located in Badalona (Barcelona). This position requires occasional domestic and international travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Being responsible for the project from start to end in connection with the customer.Managing the technical and financial aspects of the project.Liaising with the customer, accompanied when necessary by technicians from the appropriate departments.Ensuring the project's plans and targets are met.Reporting and analyzing unforeseen events and submitting action plans with appropriate justifications.Monitoring and applying each client's specific standards and procedures.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Experience with project management tasks or designing processes for assembly lines, tooling, and equipment (1-2 years).Knowledge of Catia V5 and Autocad.Experience with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Project).Must be highly motivated and able to work autonomously.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Minimum BA or BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Ability to communicate in English (French and other languages is a plus).Aritex offers a competitive salary and benefits package and values motivated, team-oriented employees.
