The Chief of Staff (CoS) for Industrial Print (IP) is reporting to the Industrial Print Office and serving the Senior Vice President and Division President in leading the division effectively.
The CoS acts as a strategic advisor and will be the central point for driving staff efficiency and effective processes while ensuring alignment across various functions.
As the team's "glue," the CoS is ensuring seamless collaboration across the Industrial Print staff.
She or he has a crucial role in facilitating effective communication both within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Overall, the CoS is a versatile leader who acts as an extension of the Senior Vice President and Division President, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring that the business unit operates smoothly, efficiently, and effectively to achieve its objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage IP Office e2e including all requests coming for Industrial functions, WW Print, WW Finance, WW Investor Relations.
Ensure that any request is delivered on time and with required quality.
Plan, prepare, drive and manage core and extended staff forums - including staff meetings and respective organizational reviews.
Responsible for forum framework, decision-making facilitation, time tracking, action item follow-up and management (with tracker).
Coordinate preparation of content of all meetings (external presentations, customer meetings, internal meetings, speeches, and outlines etc.
): manage follow-through of action items for these meetings.
Develop and manage one consolidated calendar with help EA.
Secure that all preparation calls, all f2f meetings, all reviews, and all events are not conflicting with other organizations (i.e.
Print) calendar.
Communicate well in advance agenda/date to optimize participation.
Manage all cross HP initiatives for Industrial Print: i.e.
Risk management, Business continuity, Audit.
Deliver half and full year dashboard for each L3 performance conversation.
Strategic Advisor: Serve as a key advisor to the Senior Vice President and Division President on strategic priorities, business plans, and operational decisions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Support the head of Strategy in defining and refining the business unit's strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader corporate goals.
Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives that are critical to the division unit's success.
In strong collaboration with the head of IP Strategy, ensure timely execution and delivery of strategic projects by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports to track progress and communicate updates to senior leadership.
Communication and Alignment: Oversee internal communication for the entire IP organization.
Facilitate clear communication between the Division President, and his direct reports, other key stakeholders, including executive teams, regional leaders, and external partners.
Act as a liaison to ensure alignment and coordination between different departments and functions.
Leadership Support: Manage the priorities of the Senior Vice President and Division President by organizing meetings, setting agendas, and following up on action items.
Provide support in decision-making by gathering relevant information, conducting analysis, and presenting findings.
Represent the Senior Vice President and Division President in meetings, as needed, to convey messages and maintain progress on key initiatives.
Change Management: In close collaboration with HR, support the implementation of change management initiatives to drive transformation and growth within the division.
Develop change management plans, including communication strategies and training programs, to ensure smooth transitions.
Monitor the impact of changes and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Data and Performance Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
Create and maintain performance metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives and support continuous improvement.
Report on KPIs and OKRs for the organization and track progress against strategic goals.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Ensure that critical business information is protected and shared appropriately.
Education & Experience Recommended: Typically, 5+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, transformation, or related functional area.
Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and influence skills.
Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills to identify insights.
Ability to dive deep into the details of a problem to identify root cause and options for resolution.
Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the entire organization.
People management experience on complex and critical business issues.
Strong organization skills and ability to manage to aggressive timelines across multiple critical projects.

Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $137K to $211K annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
